Sundays 10 - 11:15am with Oliver (6 WEEK TERM 15th Sept - 20th Oct 2019)
Hatha yoga helps to bring balance, strength and flexibility to the body and a sense of well-being and connection to the self, improving relationships with friends, loved ones and our environment.
All classes are open to everyone and are 75 minutes. You can expect accessible, simple instructions in a well equipped and beautiful space.
Classes may include:
- Asana (postures)
- Pranayama (breathing exercises),
- Bandha (energy locks)
