Just Mimi would like to present an extended 2 hour Yoga workshop.
Two hours of Yoga Bliss.
- Pranayama (breath)
This 2-hour class will include vinyasa flow, yin, yang and mindful movement.
The class is suitable for everyone; modifications are always offered.
Saturday 22nd February 10am - 12pm
Mimi is a professional dancer, teaching both dance and choreography as well as becoming a qualified yoga teacher after completing her Vinyasa and Ashtanga training at Sampoorna Yoga in India. Mimi has over 25 years of teaching experience to all ages and abilities with a vast array of qualifications.
Mimi is truly grateful for all the lessons she has learnt, and for the wisdom, all the teachers shared with her; she continues to learn daily and will always be a student. Yoga has taught her acceptance and self-belief, strengthening the body and mind, both on and off the mat through living a mindful, healthy and enthusiastic lifestyle.
Mimi's classes are creative, playful, diverse, unconventional, inspiring and spiritual, combining all the elements of Yoga.
