We teach Hatha Yoga, which actually means all physical forms of Yoga and not a specific ‘style’. Hatha yoga helps to bring balance, strength and flexibility to the body and a sense of well-beingand connection to the self, improving relationships with friends, loved ones and our environment.
All classes are open to everyone and are 75 minutes. You can expect accessible, simple instructions in a well equipped and beautiful space.
We teach yoga in blocks that are paid for in advance, we do not offer drop in yoga classes at YB.
If you are unable to attend a class one week due to shift patterns or holidays etc you can attend any of the other classes instead (Please always check class availability with us if you need to change days)
We don’t offer refunds for missed classes and can’t transfer classes between terms.
