Hatha Yoga.

Hi my name is Angela, I'm the founder of Yoga Blackpool and Yoga at Home.

Angela is a UK based Hatha Yoga teacher. Her classes are embodied and slow paced, helping to connect the mind and body and develop moment to moment awareness.

Angela has immersed herself in teaching yoga and studying with some of the world’s most respected teachers. She is a senior registered teacher with the Yoga Alliance Professionals with over 700 hours of teacher training and a decade of teaching experience. Angela offers Hatha Yoga and Mindfulness practices that are inclusive, grounding and relevant to modern life.

You can practice Yoga with me regularly online and at Yoga Blackpool. Beginners are always welcome, we practice traditional Hatha Yoga that supports modern day life within a small friendly community.

Koryu Uchinadi - Old School Karate Study Group.

Hi we are Andy and Ania Kazmierczak, we teach Koryu Uchinadi the classical tradition of Karate.

You don’t need to have any experience to join, and your first class is free. We are a very friendly and welcoming group, and we especially encourage women to come along and give it a go.

Gestalt Psychotherapy.

Hello. I'm Thom Fairclough (pronouns: he, him, his), I am a fully qualified, experienced, registered and UKCP & BACP Accredited Gestalt Psychotherapist, and I run a private Counselling & Psychotherapy practice. I live on the Fylde coast and offer in-person Face-to-Face Psychotherapy in the FY2 area of UK and Online Psychotherapy via Zoom/Skype internationally.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga.

Hi I’m Charlotte, I trained in Traditional Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga Vinyasa – Primary Series.  I’m now based in the North West, in my home town of Thornton Cleveleys and teach yoga classes in and around the Fylde Coast.

I offer a wide range of options depending on your practice level so, whether you are an advanced asana practitioner or a complete beginner rest assured that you are in safe hands.

You will leave the class feeling rejuvenated, relaxed, and ready to take on the world.

Sound Journey.

Hi, I’m Adam I host Sound Journey’s in Blackpool and St Anne’s.

Sound Journeys alleviate stress, anxiety and allow for an over active mind to relax. They also allow for our muscles to relax, reducing tension and allowing physical healing to occur. Enhancing the vibration of the atoms (we are all made of) to a positive/higher frequency, matching that which is produced through the healing instruments.

This will include a small energy check in, meditative passage, then my Nepalese Gong, 7 432hz Crystal Singing Bowls, Solfreggio Wind Chimes, shaking instruments and a rainmaker.

Yin Yoga.

Hi I’m Charlotte, certified yoga teacher with further studies Yin Yoga. My training includes 40hrs with Gaby Maass and 60hrs Yin Yoga Advance training with Norman Blair. Both teachers have trained under Paul Grilley and Norman Blair under Bernie Clark and Sarah Powers. 

Yin Yoga is a passive practice, involving deep stretches held for an average of 3-5 minutes, taking you into a deep mediative state, while benefitting the deep connective tissue.

This practice allows you to slow down, relax, and turn inward which helps to alleviate stress and restore your energy levels. 

Added benefits of Yin Yoga are increased flexibility, boosts circulation, calms the nervous system, improves posture, reduces tension and sleep disturbances. 

TDY Yoga.

Hi I’m Claire Nutton.

I’m a 500 hour + Registered Yoga Teacher and level 4 Personal Trainer. My background has always been in health and fitness, I have over 20 years (gulp!!) of experience & qualification. I continue to learn, grow and study various ‘types’ of yoga and now blend  techniques and practices together allowing me to create a method of movement that complements how the body moves on a daily basis- TDY Yoga. I LOVE sharing yoga, I enjoy making movement assessable to everyone! When we find the balance between the mind & body we can start living a happier, healthier life. 

It’s not all work and no play though … you can also find me hiking- or anything outdoorsie, reading … brunching … lunching (love food!!) … especially when it involves coffee & cake!!! 😋

Hi, I’m Emilia and I am a 200hr Yoga Teacher, Personal Trainer and Women’s Empowerment Coach. I am the founder of HER Holistics Coaching. Health is my priority and I believe we need a good balance in every aspect of our lives to maintain a good health. Working out is great, but have you tried to work in?

After a few years of observing and working in the fitness industry I realised that stillness is very much underrated. We tend to rush, we want to see the progress fast and we want to constantly achieve something. After some time we get tired and burnt out. I believe we need more peace within ourselves and more balance in our busy, fast paced and stressful lives. We need to stop for a moment and just be. Let's invite the energy back in.

Hatha Yoga will not only help you relax, but you will also have more energy after our sessions.
